    NOOB Edit Help



    I want to make the selected areas of this image (the jets of energy) red instead of light blue. How can i do this??

    I've never used GIMP myself, but here is a tutorial for changing eye-colour. It may be similar.

    If you go to Colors > Hue - Saturation and mess with the blue and cyan, changing the hue to red and knocking the saturation down a little, that might do that trick:
