That's beautiful - I wouldn't be surprised if Canonical ships that wallpaper (with a few tweaks to make it look orange or brown).

I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.

If someone asks you to sudo rm -rf anything, don't do it, and don't run any command with rm in it unless you know exactly what you're doing.things i have learnt changing from Xp pro to Ubuntu
I would not use it as a wallpaper, but it is quite beautiful as a piece of art. Letters and ubuntu logo are lost in it.
I agree that the logo and text should be removed. Really nice work!
excellent !!!!

Absolutely brilliant, one of the best branded wallpapers I have ever seen. Gread stuff.

Absolutely stunning! Well done!!
Agreed, also i wouldn't have the boarder on all four sides, maybe just the left and the bottom and then have the lines just fade out on the other two sides.
And the transparent option is nicer, down with blue! It has no place in Ubuntu! And the gradient looked very 80s..
But that's just me, I like it a whole bunch! I will use it when I get Lucid
