    Exclamation Help!!!

    I decided to add the notebook launcher to my 9.10 desktop, but the only time I see it is when I log off and only after the desktop goes away. So I have established the fact that it is running behind the desktop and I don't know how to bring it forward.
    Is there a terminal command or something?
